Title: Project Manager Location: Green River, WyomingKey Responsibilities:Management and coordination of project development and executionDetermination of project development and execution strategies such as contracting plan, material management plan and integrated project scheduleProject team management and development of team members (i.e. maintenance, operations, safety)Utilization of the capital deployment process for project development and execution Manage and forecast project costsEnsure projects comply with regulatory requirements, plant engineering standards and equipment standardsCompliance with Process safety, ergonomics, MSHA, ISO, environmental agencies, applicable codes and regulatory agenciesEnsure projects comply with Corporate Operating Standards (COS)Departmental record keeping and databasesActivities: Management and coordination of project development and execution including development of AFEs and evaluation of project’s economicsManagement of changeAssist in performing a root cause analysisDetermination of project development and execution strategies such as contracting plan, material management plan and integrated project scheduleUtilization of the capital deployment process for project development and execution Manage and forecast project costsParticipate in development and administration of capital planProject management, including cost accountabilityPrepares design, drawings & specification documentsPrepares bid/request documents, addendums & change orders for procurement phaseDirect interface with discipline engineersCoordinate and ensure projects comply with regulatory and code requirementsProject closure and accounting interfaceEnsure projects comply with Corporate Operating StandardsSupport project systemsSupport ISO effortsOther duties as assignedSkill, Capability and Educational Requirements:Required:BS Degree in Engineering 4 years of experience in Project Management Preferred: BS Degree in Engineering 8 years of experience in Project ManagementEngineer in training certificate or professional engineering licenseFinal determination on pay grade will be made by HR and company leadership holistically considering the candidate’s education, experience, past performance, demonstrated leadership and influence.
